Installing the CustomerHub App

The CustomerHub app provides a seamless installation process, with no need to change or add any code on your end. In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to enable the app and how to toggle it on and off.

Important: Please make sure to have classic customer accounts toggled on by following the below:

  1. Install the CustomerHub app on your Shopify store. [Find us on the app store HERE]
  2. After installation, you can follow the in-app setup checklist, which will guide you through the steps to enable the app. Alternatively, you can go to 'Manage' > 'Manage Installation'.
  3. This will take you to the 'App Embeds' section of the theme editor. Toggle the app on and click 'Save' in the top right corner. Your CustomerHub app is now installed and enabled.

If you use the in-app setup checklist, you'll be prompted to 'Enable CustomerHub here,' which will take you to the same section. Toggle the app on and save.

You can easily turn the CustomerHub app on and off from the 'App Embeds' section of the theme editor. To disable the app, simply toggle it off and click 'Save'. To enable it again, follow the same process as before.

Uninstalling the CustomerHub App

To fully uninstall the CustomerHub app:

  1. Click on 'Apps' > 'Apps and Sales Channel Settings.'
  2. Find the CustomerHub app and click 'Uninstall' next to it.
